We offer a small, detached Casita with a comfortable double bedroom with its' own bathroom and stunning views over the surrounding countryside, set amongst the fruit trees in the tranquil  hills above the village, which is about 10 minutes away by car.

There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room, a choice of breakfasts, and a small terrace to eat on or soak up the sun and scenery!. A barbeque is available if required, for evening meals (self-catered), and Guests can have the use of the 7m x 5m filtered swimming pool when not out viewing property.

Our home is conveniently located for viewing properties in the Turia valley with villages such as Lliria, Olocau, Cheste, Chiva and Riba Roja as well as Vilamarxant being just a short drive away.

Valencia Airport (Manises) is less than half an hour away, now with several low-cost Airlines (see Here for Flights and Car Hire).

The beautiful City of Valencia is only 25 minutes drive, as are the wonderful Mediterranean beaches.

We are also only 10 minutes drive away from the CIRCUITO RICARDO TORMO, home of MOTO GP in Spain, and also used throughout the Formula One closed season for testing by many Grand Prix teams.

We moved here in September 2003 with our then 3 year old son, Thomas. We were that happy that in June 2004, Along came number two, Oliver. Having established our young family here in Valencia, we are also in a position to help with advice relating to the purchase of a property and moving to this beautiful area, Doctors, Hospitals, Schools, etc. We have followed a very steep learning curve and now  know of all of the pitfalls that can trip up the unwary. We can put you in touch with local Estate Agents, Translators, Solicitors, Tradesmen etc. We can help with procedures for enrolling children in the schools and registering at the local Doctors and how to deal with any problems that you may face.
