In the Valencian Countryside

Vilamarxant (or Villamarchante) is situated about 25 kms North-West of Valencia City, the third largest city in Spain. We are in the heart of the Turia Valley amongst rolling hills and surrounded by both mountains and orange groves. The whole area is completely untouched by tourism and as such, gives a good representation of the typical Spanish way of life that so many people now want to be a part of.

Lliria, the "County Town" of the area, is about ten minutes away by car, and is fast becoming a "Hot-Spot" for property at very reasonable prices. There is a growing Ex-pat population who have been charmed by this typically Spanish area which is still only twenty minutes from the heart of Valencia City with all of Its' culture and cosmopolitan shopping areas.

The area is mainly agricultural, with hundreds of square miles of Orange groves, Olives and Grape Vines which produce an income for the local population.
